To send a file bigger than 10MB on Discord, you have to pay for Nitro.
By uploading your video here and using the embed link instead, you can send much bigger videos that play directy in the chat.
This can also work on other sites, but its only been tested on Discord.

Videos are hosted temporarily and are deleted after 30 days.
Everything gets compressed to keep file sizes small, but still good enough for Discord embeds.
You can upload files up to 500MB, but keep in mind that big videos may take a a lot longer to compress. Shorter clips will finish much faster, i suggest a size of up to 200MB. But you do you :)
